Continual checking for Level II?

SC is continually checking for Level II authorization in IqFeed. Once it is checked on startup, is there a reason to continue running the routine?

(FYI: I do not subscribe to Level II data)

We have heard this will be resolved in the IQ Feed client software version 5.1.

It is the IQ Feed software continuously sending that message.
