I have activated Sierra charts demo account couple of days ago and it was working fine but today there's no data on the DOM, it only shows the freeze data it does not move up and down. What should I do now, I have installed a custom DOM, but the same thing is happening on the SC prebuild DOM. I have attached screenshots below. Please fix this issue asap. Thanks :)

The CME Group closes on Friday evening at 16:00 Central US time and does not open again until Sunday at 17:00 Central US time.
