I have a series of alerts that I want to see in the Study Summary window (change background of the cell when alert is triggered) but i don'want to see them in the Alert Manager window.
Is it possible to add a filter by name to show/exclude only some alert in the Alert Manager or modify the code of the study via ACSIL to send alert only to Study Summary and not in in the Alert Manager windows?

There is not a way to do this. Even with ACSIL, you have to use the sc.SetAlert() function to have the alert show in the Study Summary, which means that the information will also be logged to the Alert Manager. Refer to the following:
sc.SetAlert()

Ok, thank you
Please, con you consider this as a Feature Request (via ACSIL or better via a switch in the alert section of each study)?
I think that Alert Manager and Study Summary are two processes that need more development and are currently underutilized considering their possible potential.

No, this is not something we would do because it creates more burden on us when an alert is generated and there is no logging. There is no way to avoid the logging.

The Study Summary has a lot of functionality already. No one has asked for anything more recently. And we see no additional requests from you here regarding the Study Summary.

However, you can control the coloring in the Study Summary without of generating an alert:

Oh, ok, I'll try this, maybe it can solve my problem.

Anyway some sort of filtering and ordering in the Alert Manager can be useful.
