Hello. After I installed SC on new laptop trading DOM automatically switches to Sim mode despite the fact that I unchecked "Trade simulation mode On" in "Trade" tab, so I cannot place live trade. Data/Trade Service is in "SC Data - All Services" option. Thank you

When your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services", you can only trade in Simulation Mode, as you are not connected to a trading service. What trading service do you use with your broker, or who is your broker. We can then give you the proper instructions to connect to that service. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I'm sorry, I forgot to add that I opened account with Stage 5, but I'm receiving statements from Dorman. I tried to opt Dorman from drop-down list but received message that I don't have account with them.

If you are setup with the Teton Order Routing Service with Stage 5 and using Dorman as your Clearing Firm, then follow the instructions at the following link, starting at Step #6, to connect to that account: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If you get a "No Trading Accounts Assigned" error, then refer to the following: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Common Mistakes For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
