Not all charts are showing delayed data but some are. I am subscribed to service pack 12 and have enabled support for SC Data feed in common settings to yes. SPX data seems fine but ES data is delayed

If you are referring to the symbol SPX500, then this is a CFD symbol. We give free real-time CFD and FOREX data with any package. Whereas any of the paid exchanges (CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities) are only available as delayed streaming data if you have not activated (and paid) for the real-time data. So what you are seeing is correct, as you have not paid for the ES data. To get real-time data for the CME Group, follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* And keep in mind that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
