We are not sure why you are not getting any information to your Quote Board. That should not be an issue. But in terms of charts, it does not look like you have any open. All of the symbols on your Quote Board are expired. This is why they show zero. And based upon the name of the Chartbook you are using an incompatible Chartbook and that is the reason why you do not see any charts. See prior responses above from us as well.
