I have gone through Support Board postings with no luck. My current SC is running 3 instances, all with DTC and Teton -- no issues, working great. Now, I have a prop account with Apex Trading, which uses Rithmic, and I am unable to change Trading Service to Rithmic in my Instance #3. I want to keep DTC data feeds for ALL instances but need to connect New Instance, #3, to Rithmic trading so that I can send the orders there. See attached from Instance #3. Step by step instructions please! Thank you. |

You can not set a "Sub-Instance" to connect to anywhere but the main instance which it was started from. In order to connect an instance of Sierra Chart to Rithmic, which is separate from your other connection, you need to install a completely separate installation of Sierra Chart and set that installation to connect to Rithmic.
