i currently have trial and wanted to pay for full version, i signed activated the cme exchange 37/mo and was also going to pay for 47/mo #11 integrated advanced, i sent $50 with my username in the memo but it is not showing up on my account and i saw on the instructions it says
"Your Sierra Chart account will be credited for the amount you sent in full as soon as it is received." please help thanks

We do have this payment, it will be processed later today. It requires manual processing. When you specify the username in the memo field just put the username only and no other text.
