It seems some server locations are not available in the server list dropdown, especially Chicago. On the R Trader Rithmic platform itself, it is readily available. I don't believe this is related to the 8h new server window. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-05-05 16:51:00

Sierra Chart does not control the list of servers. However, you need to update to the current version of Sierra Chart to even be able to access the current servers from Rithmic. Thank you for the note, I upgraded the version, yet no change in server list. I may contact Rithmic, but what if they say "our server list for R Trader is complete as you can see, contact Sierrachart" ? |

Tell them that the connection that is used from Sierra Chart is different and they need to understand this and look into the issue related to how their information works with Sierra Chart.
