Footprint only showing zero´s for Crude Oil futures (CL). But it works fine for ES

Hi all, I´m having trouble getting my footprint chart to work for CL and YM futures. It will only show zero´s. It works fine for ES futures. Current service package: #12 Current data feeds: 1) Denali Exchange Data Feed US Equities Consolidated Tape 2) Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges Connected Broker: IBKR I have tried alot of messing arround with settings etc., but nothing seems to work. What can I do to fix this? Would love to get it to work. Thanks in advance! |

2) Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges
This is incorrect. For the CME Group, you only have the "CME with Market Depth" exchange active. Since CL is traded on the NYMEX, you are not getting this data from us. Therefore that data is coming from Interactive Brokers and is missing the necessary Bid/Ask information. If you want to make changes to your exchange selections, you can do so at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they do not give refunds. Therefore if you activate an exchange, you will pay the full price for the exchange for the remainder of this month, and then pay again on the first day of the following month. Any exchange that you deactivate will be set to not renew, but you will continue to get the data through the remainder of the month.
