I am trying to display a value of a study on the right side(scale or edge etc ..)
I have trouble visualizing it at the top and bottom ends of chart
I have to have the scale setting as independent for it display the way I want to
Not sure if this a remedy or suggestions regarding this
attaching screenshot
Looking at "pink/light purple line with value on right at top end which is only partially seen
Thank you

Increasing the "Scale Padding Percentage" should help to move that line further down (along with the rest of the chart). You just have to make the change to the "Scale Padding Percentage" for the Main Price Graph. Refer to the following:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Scale Padding Percentage (Scale Settings)

Another option would be to set that study to enable the option for "Use in Left Side Scale" and then turn on the Left Side Scale and you can adjust the scaling for that study individually. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Use Left Side Scale (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Scale menu)

I cannot see any difference when I change the scale padding percentage from the default of 2.0 on either the main sprice scale of the chart or the scale settings within the study. The position of the bars nor the position of the study lines seem to change ? Not sure if i am not doing something correct or whether i am supposed to see something or if there is a way to test to see if the changes i am making are working ?
I am changing to values such as 0, 10, 20, 50 and 100; and see no visible changes

Thank you

Make sure you are changing the "Scale Padding Percentage" and not the "Default Scale Padding Percentage". This will definitely have an impact on the display of the bars in the chart. The bars will be more "compacted" with space at the top and bottom. If you reset the scales, then the padding percentage is reset.
