I'm looking at the spreadsheet from the documentation of the detrended oscillator. My question is why is b23-d17? shouldn't it be b23-d14? what am I missing?

The spreadsheet for this study was done using a Length of 20, as noted in the "Intermediate Calculations" sheet cell E2, which shows DO(20), where the 20 is the length.

As such, the Moving Average is calculated using half the length (N1(n) = n/2). And then the final calculation is done using half of N1 + 1 (i.e. N2 = N1/2 + 1), therefore N2 = 6 (10/5 + 1). So the calculations are correct.

thank you , I didn't mean to imply they were incorrect. sorry if that's how it came across. Just trying to learn and teach myself
