Connection Lost, Alert Email Error

v1172, Lost Rithmic connection tonight, alert email failed to send, why? It is set to the email address on my account and I had been receiving email alerts to it earlier including yesterday. I don't have any other internet connection issues, no third party antivirus or firewall software, and SC files/folders are excluded from the built in Win 8 protection.

No issue getting emails of other alerts since then. But want to make sure I get all of them, especially if feed goes down/connection lost.

This is the reason for the problem:

HTTP request #152 returned the following error: Windows error code 12007: The server name or address could not be resolved | 2014-08-15 02:38:30
Unable to e-mail the Alert notification due to an error. | 2014-08-15 02:38:30

This would be a problem with resolving the SierraChart.com domain name on your side. Why this occurs, is not within the scope of our support and we have no idea.
