A few days ago I was offered to use a 10-day free trial. Can I ask for it? Can I ask for SC activation trial, please?

You have us curious as to who "offered to use a 10-day free trial"?

Regardless, we do see that you last used Sierra Chart in May of 2023, so nearly a year ago, therefore we have reset and activated the trial for your account.

Note that our trials are now 21 days.

You are right, I was here one year ago. Thank you for the trial.

I opened the platform and updated the symbol on DAX to FDAXM24-EUREX but my charts are not moving. May last version is 2480. I am not sure if I should update a new version or if there is something else I need to do to start the (DAX) charts moving.

Please advise.

Yes, you absolutely need to update to the current release (v 2629). Follow these instructions to update:
