Hello, I upgraded to the current version (49928) and now the Trade Activity Log has no data. Made no changes besides the upgrade, and Trade Activity has always been working as expected. Checked KB, Display Settings, restarted Sierra, restarted computer. Settings screenshot attached. For a while I couldn't see new trades (since the upgrade) either, but after restart that seems to be fixed. The Trade Activity window looks different as well, display settings now have their own dropdown whereas before, these settings were always visible on top. I am using Sim. Is this user error? Thanks! There have been a number of changes to the Trade Activity Log recently. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Notes About New Trade Activity Log Window Also, note that there is a new item in the "DisplaySettings" for "Simulation State". Make sure this is set how you want, as this replaces the way the Symbol options used to control whether it was Simulated or Non-Simulated data. Thank you for the fast reply! Yes, I had reviewed the notes section (Trade Activity Log: Notes About New Trade Activity Log Window) and have re-reviewed. Also I set the same symbol I am using rather than using just the "All Symbols" option. From what I can tell, I have configured all the settings as needed. However, trades from before the upgrade-yesterday and farther back-still do not populate in the Trade Activity view. Is it still user error?

The information should definitely be there. Check to make sure the files that hold the data are still there. Using the Operating System tools (i.e. Windows Explorer) go to the main Sierra Chart installation folder and then go to the folder named "TradeActivityLogs". Make sure you have the files from the previous days in there. Note that the filenames contain the date and the particular trading account used. Let us know what you are seeing in that folder.
