Hi, According to my service package my monthly payment is $46,- but the request for payment is $83,50, can you explain the difference? |

Your Package cost is $46.00 per month, and your package renewal is coming up on April 27, 2024. So you need to have at least $46.00 in your Services Surplus in order for the package to automatically renew at that time. You also have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" exchange active, which costs $37.50 per month. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the next renewal for the exchange will be on May 1, 2024. Given the close timing of these two items, you are being requested to pay $83.50 ($46.00 + $37.50) in order to cover the cost of both of these items.
