Hey guys- I am so excited to use Sierra chart. I heard it's the best and that the community has the best support. I have an account with AMP global, it has around $500 in it. I activated that account with Teton Data. I am looking to use the live data and trading with jigsaw for execution (the execution through jigsaw is on a different feed) So I am really just hoping someone can help me figure out why I have delayed data, I was told this is exactly how to set this up. I have had an active, paid in full service package from Sierra chart since January. So I am not sure why the data would be delayed. I am so hopeful that someone will help me fix this simple issue thanks all |

You do have everything setup properly except for one thing - you have not activated any exchanges in order to get the real-time data. You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

John- Thanks so much. What do I activate so it is the most affordable for me so that I can view chart on Sierra, including Order flow and TPO charts, but not executing from? thank you again |

It depends on what you need. The CME Group is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX. You need to know which of these exchanges you need and whether you need Market Depth data or not. You do not need the Market Depth data for Numbers Bars (Order Flow) or TPO - those work off actual trades, not the resting limit orders. You can also "mix and match" if that meets your needs, for instance if you want to have data for all of the CME Group, but you only need Market Depth data for the CME exchange, then you would activate the following two exchanges: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts Note that it is not necessary to activate both the "Top-of-Book" and the "Market Depth" exchanges. When you activate the ones with Market Depth then you are getting all the data for that exchange, it is not an "add-on". John thanks so much again, So if I understand you correctly, and I just want to trade only ES futures with TPO and price action/order flow, I would just need CME Market depth for $12 USD per month? |

If you do NOT need the Market Depth (which you do not need for TPO and Order Flow), then you would want the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" for $2.00 per month. If you do need Market Depth, which gives you the full list in the DOM and allows you to view the Market Depth Historical Graph, then you would want the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts" for $12.50 per month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
