I'm currently having issues connecting to my RIthmic accounts. I have been connected and trading all day with no issues and suddenly none will connect. I've tested multiple rithmic accounts and different computers and none has worked. . Ive attched what Im getting. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-04-23 05:46:58

I’m having the same problem, everything was working and now I continue to get the Connecting, Reconnect Wait, message which I have showing in my Control Bar. I installed a Sierra update, restarted the computer, tested it with another connection to a broker which worked okay, so it must be something with Rithmic. I was able to see the image you uploaded, then when I select it again, it says Access Denied. I was going to ask you if you could post the link to that message. It was the message logs attempting to connect. I was able to log into rithmic with another app so Rithmic is up and working. |

When I first selected the link, “rithmic issues.png” that you posted I saw a screen capture of a message that seemed to be from a forum that said something about Rithmic being aware of the problem and is working on it, now the link is a copy of a message log, maybe you uploaded another image and deleted the first one.

Was that first message related to today’s problem, and they are working on it, or was that from another time. I have open trades and not sure if I want to close them through Rithmic R-Trader which is still running separately from Sierra, if they will be fixing the problem soon.

Well, first same issue here. Unable to connect. But only to the Chicago non-aggregated server. I am able to connect to other servers. So it seems like a Rithmic problem, not SC. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-04-23 06:48:06

Europe-Non-Aggregated works fine. Definitely Chicago server.

I also have the Chicago Area Non-Aggregated Server. I don’t know if this is a coincidence or whether it was related to the problem. I decided to close all the positions I had open by closing them through the Rithmic R-Trader application and as soon as I did, Sierra was able to connect to Rithmic again.
