Hello. After loading MNQ data for the first time for an intraday chart in the folder (c/sierrachart/data), I saw a big difference in file sizes with other symbols (MNQ-1438490 kb, NQ-142857 kb, ES-170363 kb, MES-128576 kb). The difference in file size is approximately 10 times. As a result, the MNQ symbol works much slower when switching intervals on the chart (1m, 30m), etc. I'm using Denali Data Feed for a trial version of Sierra Chart. To solve this problem I did the following: 1. Retry loading if there is data in the chart using "Delete all data and Download" in the Edit menu. 2. Deleting a Chart Data File and loading again: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Chart Data File 3. Deleting a Data File and loading again: Intraday Data Editor: Deleting a Data File I tested each option separately. None of the options helped. |

That looks correct. The current size of MNQM24 is approximately at this time 1.4 GB. To reduce the amount of space follow these instructions: Changing Chart Bars Period: Improving Performance of Loading Chart Data You will probably want to change the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 second or higher. Maybe two seconds or four seconds. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
