Connecting error message from service- Rithmic data DTC

Hey team I am giving my Funded challenge with a prop trading firm and I have paid for the subscription to the prop trading firm for the rithmic data. Last week my charts were working fine but suddenly starting today morning my sierra chart app started showing Connect error messages, I have restarted my app and my computer multiple times but nothing help.
can you please help me resolve the perticular issue. Attached a screenshot for your reference

The standard answer for this is to review the information at the following link:

But, since the CME Group is closed right now (we assume you are trading the CME Group) this could just be due to the market being closed.

If you want to use your Sierra Chart apart from Rithmic during this time, then follow these instructions (just be sure to change back to Rithmic before you want to trade with your Prop Firm again):


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
