I've set number of systems to 2, but I'm still only able to use 1 computer. I'm paying for 2 different services, one is "CME non-professional top-of-book", the other is "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts". I'm wondering I have to pay for the same type of data with Denali or what the problem might be. It does say "For the current month, the account is set for 2 system(s)." Please let me know.

Your account is setup properly to get the data to two different computers at the same time. You should not have an issue with this. We would need to see the Message Log from the second system where you are having the problem. Follow these instructions to get us the log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. --- Separately, we want to point out that you do not need both of these exchanges: - CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts You only need one of them. Deactivate the one you do not need so that it will not renew next month. You can change your CME Group exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
