I have audio alerts on bot Color Bar and ZigZag Yesterday bot were playing something that sounded like 3 bells NOT the Alert Sounds I selected and I treid changing the selected sounds and still got the three bells! Today I opened the Sierra Sounds file and tried playing many sounds with the Windows Media layer NOT A SINGLE SOUND PLAYED! NOT EVEN A BLURP PLEASE HELP ASAP THANKS |

If you use the option for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Test Sound File" does it work properly through there? Are you able to get other sounds (YouTube, music player, etc.) to give you sound through the chosen mechanism with your computer? As we asked in the other post, have you changed the Alert Sound that is selected for that alert and does it actually change to that sound? "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Test Sound File" Alerts does not exist
Yes, it does exist, it is a button just below the entry where you select the sound for the alert.
