Number bars study is showing only zero (0) values

I just upgraded to a service package 10 (previously service package 5) and also subscribed to real-time data US Consolidated tape. After all these activations, my number bar study values have all changed to zero (0). What must I do to see the volume data in the number bar study?

Package 10 does not support the Numbers Bars study. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages (which Package 5 was). Package 5 does not allow for connectivity to Trading or Data services. For this you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages.
