Hi,
I keep getting this message from yesterday, (I attached the file), although I have paid for everything and the connections on other platform are good. I tried to reinstall Sierra Chart but didn't help.
I also have a continuous pop up message: "historical download complete" "Waiting to download historical data" "Download historical data. Bars may not appear until done"
I sent the message log for analysis.

Can you help me solve this problem, please?
