Unable to trade MHG in a trading evaluator account

Hi, I tried to execute a trade in MHG on Friday and nothing happened. I will attach an image of the message in my trade service log. It said that margin requirement not known for the symbol. I tried to follow the steps outlined in a previous post in the margin settings but it says the operation isn't allowed. The firm I am doing a tryout for said to contact you. Thanks, Jake |
