Trade copier not working

I can not get the trade copier to work on Live or simulated accounts. I have read all the forums out there and have enabled it, turned off disable on startup, etc. When i do add a account and go back to look at it its disappeared so im not sure if its even saving it the first place. Pls how can i fix this |

You may be using the wrong Trade Window. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trade Window Settings Not Applying to Chart or Trading DOM Also, be sure you are entering the information correctly by following the instructions carefully at the following link: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Setup Instructions In particular, you select an account at the top and then select the "Add" button to add it to the list of accounts to which orders will be copied. Please do the following: - Go to Order Allocation For Trade Accounts setup page and add Sim2 to the list of accounts to copy to. - Select OK to close that window. - Go back to the Order Allocation for Trade Accounts window and select the section for "Allocation Accounts" (where the list of accounts to be copied to is shown). Let us know if Sim2 is still showing in that list or if it is blank.
