It is having a problem with the specific file that is being referenced. You can ignore this if you want, as it is not really causing an issue. But if you want to not continue to get those messages, then you will want to remove that file from your system. You will have to delete the file manually (i.e. use the File Explorer to delete it). Delete the file, that is causing the "unexpected condition". First exit from Sierra Chart. You will see the full path and file name of the file in the Trade Service Log.
