Problem with first connection

Hi, today I applied for my first Apex account. I got my ryhtmic login and password, the account is activated and accessible via r trader pro. However, when I try to connect to the account via SierraChart, I get a connection error. Here are some screenshots of the error messages. I've tried several times throughout the day, disconnecting and reconnecting, but I still have the same problem. |
