Hello, I just updated from v2568 to v2627 and UDP interface seems broken. For example, when sending OPEN_CHARTBOOK-- message, the result is an attempt to open a chart with symbol OPEN_CHARTBOOK--, rather than opening the chartbook requested. What happened? This is a pain, as that command is (was) used to synchronize opening/switching chartbooks across multiple instances. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-04-08 14:10:20

That command is no longer supported with UDP. Use ACSIL instead. It can open Chartbooks. Refer to: sc.OpenChartbook() Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Ok. I will stay on 2568 for now and work out an alternative solution. |
