Sorry for this question, but I've been reading through you rsite for about 2 hours, and still can't come up with the answer: Can we use Sierra with prop firms that are with Rithmic, or no? I ask because i read a thread on your site stating rithmic and sierra chart would not be compatible after 2020. If I can trade my prop accounts here with Sierra Chart, would you suggest the best account setup I should purchase with you as well as direct me to where I can read about the absolute best way to set it all up for myself? Thanks :) |

In 2020 there was a stoppage of support for Rithmic, but Rithmic created a new connection for Sierra Chart, so it is working now, and has been since then. To use Sierra Chart with Rithmic (or any trading/data service) you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages.
