The first issue is that you are on a Trial. While on a trial, you can not connect to trading or data services. To do this, you would need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. You will need Service Package 10 or 11. And for that particular exchange, you would need to use CQG through AMP and CQG will provide the market data.
