The horizontal line with which I marked the number of contracts, for example, 100 moves, it does not stay in place. The right vertical scale does not show the number of contracts, only negative values on the Ym chart. Cl and Gc are displayed correctly, and on them I have set the horizontal line on a certain number of contracts, visible on the scale on the right. Please let me know how to fix this, thank you.

I attach a snapshot. Ym chart shows negative number of contracts -100 - right arrow. The left arrow shows a line that moves vertically, it does not show a constant value of contracts like the Gc chart - it shows 200 contracts, and the cursor shows a positive value of 100 contracts.
Please give me information on how to make the Ym chart show like Gc. Thanks.

If you are asking about the horizontal and vertical colored stripes, they are irrelevant to this case, because the Ck and Gc graph is correct.

We are wondering if you have more than just the "Volume" study in that region. It looks like there may be another study that is driving the scale and that is why you are seeing the -100. Please let us know if there are other studies in that region and what they are.

I don't know, maybe that's the case. I don't know how to check it. I have the same thing on Cl and GC. The horizontal and vertical colored stripes mark the corresponding candles.

Selecting Global Settings >> General Settings in the Sierra Chart menu, it does not display the Folder in the field named: Data Files Folder. Therefore, I have sent you the window displayed in Global Settings >> General Settings .

The location of your Data folder is defined in the "Paths" page of the General Settings window (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths).

We have updated the documentation to make this clear.
