Region Data Line Chg on TPO Chart

The (RC)Bar Price Change (Chg) is enabled on the Region Data Line on a TPO chart. It always shows 0.00 and never changes. The (RC)Daily Price Change (DChg) works just fine on the same chart. Any ideas why the Chg is not working?

The TPO Chart is special and does not have bars. Therefore the concept of a Bar Change does not exist with a TPO chart, so the value is always going to be 0.00.
