no Data in QuoteBoard

My version is 12;

1) I have no data in Quote Board for US500(S&P.E-MINI), US100(Nasdaq), and also WTI(Crude Oil Future NYMEX).

2) Each time I have to click on File>> Reconnect to have updated data.
It is not automatically.

I would be grateful if somebody could help me.

Are those the actual symbols you entered ("US500", "US100" and "WTI")? If so, then those are not the correct symbols.

What are the exact instruments for which you are wanting the information? Are you wanting CFDs or Futures?

Also, what is your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

For US500, the symbol which I've used is ESM24-CME(June 2024)
For US100, the symbol which I've used is NQM24-CME(June 2024)
For WTI , the symbol which I've used is CLK24-NYMEX(May 2024)

The exact instruments are Futures.

You should not have any trouble with this. The one issue you need to be aware of is that you are not setup for any real-time data from us, so the data you are getting is our Delayed Streaming Data, which will be behind the real-time data by 10 minutes and 10 seconds.

Please get us an image of your Quote board when it is not updating. Please ensure the field for "Last Time" is displayed in your Quote Board and tell us the actual time that you took the image (including the time zone).

Thanks John

1) As you know my version is 12, but after clicking on "Software Download: Fast Update"
Sierra Chart installer shows me
"Installer version: 11"
Why?
2) There is not any short cut keyword for options,
for example for File>>Reconnect there isn't "F11" short cut keyword
or for VWAP there isn't any shortcut keyword for Tools>>Line
3) I don't have any Volume data in Quote Board

1. You are on Package 12, that is correct. The version in the Installer is the installer version, not the package you are on.

2. If the menu does not show a keyboard shortcut option, then there is not one setup. You can setup keyboard shortcuts as you want/need. Refer to the following:
Global Settings Menu: Customize Keyboard Shortcuts (Global Settings menu)

3. Please give us an image of what you are seeing by following these instructions:

After exiting and re-entering the sierra chart, now I am able to see
Volume data in Quote Board. Thanks John
