I have the trial for Sieral Charts, but I am not able to see the S&P Charts display. I do get the charts for the Monetary data, which are #1, #2, #7, and #8 of the ExampleChartBook. The remaining eight charts do not show. I only get a black screen for them. I tried to fill-out all the agreements that I think are related to the date that I am trying to test, but still, no data for charts are available. Is there anything else that I need to set up to get the data for Siera Charts? I was expecting a very simple and straight forward test environment, however, it seemed so complicated to use at first. The reason for this is because you did not activate your trial. We have taken care of this for you, so you now have full access to the system and the data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Now that the Data are available for viewing, I would like to start Trading. How do I connect my Broker, which is TradeStation, to Siera Charts for Day Trading?

The first thing to be aware of is that we do not have connectivity with TradeStation. So you can not use Sierra Chart to trade directly with them. Second, if you want to connect to another broker that we do connect with, you need to be on one of the paid "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages And refer to the instructions at the following link for how to activate a package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
