The first thing to do is to reconnect to the data feed with File >> Reconnect and try canceling the order through the Trade >> Trade Orders Window. That's CQG. Having the same issue with a sell limit order in Eurex Bund June contract. CQG sucks! Reconnect doesn't work. |
