I have CME Unlimited Dom Market Depth purchased through APEX but it does not reflect on my DOM. I have two data log-in sessions. One of my charts shows full book but not my Sierra Chart DOM. Is there some where I have to adjust on my end to view the levels? Pls advise. TY!

Followed your link and steps. Still does not show market depth. No I only have 1 SC installation. On the same data I have Bookmap as a second connection and shows full book. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-03-21 18:32:23

Sorry - we did not notice this at first - You are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, not from Rithmic. But the exchange that you have active with us does not have the Market Depth data. This is why you are not getting the Market Depth.
