My sim trades are not showing up on my charts

Hi, I started trading on the simulator on 3/4 using Sim1 account, was unable to see any trades before 3/6. That was the only issue until today, I mistakenly used Sim2 and now I can't see any trades on Sim1 historically at all. Is there any way for me to see these trades on my chart?

The order fills for a chart will only display for the selected account in the "Trade Window" for that chart. Refer to the following for how to select the account:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

John, thanks for your reply. Problem is that no matter what sim account I select, trades before Monday 3-18 are no longer showing up at all. They are in my trade activity log, but do not show up on my charts. Also, trades from 3/4 and 3/5 aren't even showing up in the activity log, it's like they never happened at all.

Check the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Order Fills Start Date". If this is set to a date later than March 18, then those order fills will not show in your charts. There are also other settings that can affect the display of Order Fills in that same section, be sure to review those. Refer to the information starting at the following link:

With regards to the Trade Activity Log, the information should be in there, unless it was specifically deleted. Make sure the filter settings for the Trade Activity Log are set to show the fills that would have occurred on those days. If you are on a newer release then the filters for the Trade Activity Log are accessed through the menu option for "DisplaySettings". Refer to the following:

Looks like the trades on 3/4 and 3/5 were somehow deleted, I adjusted my setting in the Trade Activity Log to include all activity and got this info for 3/5 but nothing for 3/4: "Orders-cleared trade data", "info-flagging to reload". i read in another section that these trades are backed up, can you tell me how I can get them back?

I believe I was able to locate those files, trade activity log files for 3/4 and 3/5 right? data files?

Yes, that is correct. Move those files to the folder named 'TradeActivityLogs' under the main Sierra Chart installation folder. Just remove the preceding number in the filename.

Ok, I copied the files and removed the numbers. I restarted my computer and Sierra. Now I can see trade activity for 3/4 but it looks completely wrong, and I still see nothing for 3/5 in trade activity log. Can't find any other files dated 3/4 or 3/5 in backups. Thoughts?
