Is it possible for Region 2 to contain same symbol but different interval?

Actually two questions: 1.) Is it possible for Region 2 to contain a bar chart of same symbol but a different interval? 2.) Is it possible for Region 2 to contain a different "hybrid", "derivative" or "Sum Study" type symbol chart than Region 1 with also a different interval (e.g. Main Graph in Region 1 as a simple ES Range bar and Region 2 as a time interval bar of a "Sum Study" of the Tick-NYSE+Tick-NASDAQ)with its own study(-ies), like a MA or MACD?
