Need some help. I have an account at AMP - live & funded. I trade through them but use Sierra as my platform. I am using CQG to route orders. last week I had my AMP account approved for options. Today I have been looking at prices of specific options and the prices are way off compared to what I am seeing on other platforms. I also receive error messages saying the security cannot be found! I asked AMP about this, all they said to me was I am enabled but the data comes from you, I just route at AMP through CQG. So.....is there something I have to sign up for to receive option data? On Treasuries and the indexes? I'm lost atm.....help

Also. in addition to all of this I have done exactly what the instructions have indicated to say. And still I have incorrect prices. I am at a loss to explain, I know how to navigate around all of this but it seems I am missing something.

ok.....maybe this is how foolish/blind I am. AMP routes my trades. So do i connect to the CQG WebAPI for my live trading or Do I (can I) select the SC Data - All Services and live trade through that? If I am correct in this, I just route through AMP/CQG but all data from you? (SC) Sorry for all of this gibberish but want to finalize this once and for all and not bother anyone with remedial issues I should know. I do feel like I am missing something here

You are trading through CQG with AMP as the broker. So you need to connect to CQG. Your data will come from us, just like any other symbol for the exchanges that you have active with us.

Alright and thank you for the clarification (I thought this to be the case) I am struggling though with the option prices & why I am seeing such a difference. also why I am getting messages that say Requested symbol was not found - click for symbol information. I am fearful of trying to do a trade when the data is so wide & not matching (options pricing). Am I doing something wrong though (I done everything what the instructions have said to do)

I think out of my stupidity I figured it out? I am looking for confirmation though & I am hooping you can confirm. If I look at the DOM for the treasury options I can see it moving in half ticks. 9 to 9.50 (example). When I look at the CME (and others) they are in 64's while here through SC they are in 32's - So 9/32 = .28125 while I look at the CME & it says 18/64 or .28125

Thats the difference between SC DOM and the others. I hope this can be confirmed. I have wasted and troubled you enough

I switched everything to 64's and I tested to see if I could do a live trade bidding well below. - I am authorized at AMP to trade options and I know I have the correct security up:
OZBJ24 P11700.FUT.CBOT[M] market is 18/20/64 and I placed a bid at 1/64

I received this error -
Requested symbol was not found - click for symbol information
Trade Order Error - No symbol contract ID mapping, Unable to submit the order, Internal Order ID; 20981. service Order ID; (none), Symbol: OZBJ24 P1170.FUT_OPT. Account: (Mine at AMP) / 2024-03-18 14:19:53.379*

What am I doing wrong....

Follow through the instructions at steps 9 through 12 here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Using Denali Futures Options Data with Trading Service

You have to search for the CQG option symbol and set that as the Trade and Current Quote Symbol.
