How to peg a Study line to the last price on the chart (+/- offset)

I have a study that's a function of the price (main graph) and is currently on Region1, Independent scale. Is there a way to peg the Study line's last value to the last price of the chart (with a % offset for visual clarity)? That way there's always a fixed % distance between the study line and the last price. |

You would have to use a Spreadsheet Study to do this by getting the price of the last bar and adjusting the data in the study, then displaying the Spreadsheet output instead of the original study.
