Hi team,

As I only use volume charts, a part of my routine is to re-caliber charts every week according to symbol volume. I have performed this task and the software was not responding for a while. I had to close manually sierra. However since this issue the software is very slow now to load charts, it takes minutes compare to before. I have tried various things to solve this such as cpu performance optimization, load less days etc. Nothing work. Can someone help me please.

The second issue i am facing is that i cannot see the market depth histogram displayed on my chart. I have the right settings as mentioned on you forum. Nothing work. Can someone help on this one as well please.

Many thanks

Refer to the following:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often
