delayed instead of live data - to no reason

Hello, I believe I have everything set up correctly. I have your advanced service package 11, AMP acc, Denali data feed service activated for non-pros, teton order routing, I have switched to my trading account a few times and disconnected/reconnected too ... All paid for half a year in advance, all settings seem correct and yet, as you can see in the attached screenshot, I'm looking at the market "delayed" by over 10min. Is it because it's weekend? No idea how that could matter... Still. As I'm in the process of testing everything and naturally learning certain things first time, could you please let me know if there's anything I should be doing differently? or, like I said, this is normal when over more "idle" periods. Please help once you get a chance Thank you kindly greg |
