MBO data not enabling

In my DOM I have selected (Combined Bid Ask Market Orders Column). This was added with no problem but the MBO data is not appearing. I then went into Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings and I made sure that the option for (Subscribe Market by Order Data When Market Depth Subscribed) is set to (Yes) and that the option for (Use Separate Connection for Market by Order Data) was set to (Yes). I also have gone to Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On and enabled it on my TPO chart. I then went to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings and pressed the (Update From Server button). Then I went to File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. Still, no MBO Data was showing up in the DOM column (Combined Bid Ask Market Orders Column) that I added without any issue. I have also disabled Use Custom Symbol Settings Values in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Still not working. Please help me to make this work. Thanks. |

There is no market by order data over the weekend. What symbol do you want to see market by order data for?
