Help color background on alert condition.

Hello, I have been trying to build a formula for when the previous bar and the current bar both close at the low. I can get the C=L to color the background of each individual bar that closes at the low, but I want to only color the background when both the current and the previous bar close at their respective lows, and ignore al other closes at the lows unless current and previous bars close at their respective lows. I will attach image for reference. I figured out it must be simple but could not get it to work if you can help out it would be grat. Thank you.
