Chat Window not opening in certain installations of SC

I'm unable to open the Chat Window on my Windows Server installation of SC. I have followed the instructions in this post: Notice: Sierra Chart Alert App and Telegram Replacing Email/SMS Alerts | Post: 375015

Even after "Reset Windows" the Chat Window is nowhere to be found, including the system taskbar. I've successfully opened up the Chat Window and have set up Telegram alerts on my home machine system of SC, but am unable to do so on this other instance.

Issue reproduced on v 2614 and 2615.

We are looking into this. We do see a problem where Reset Windows is not properly resetting the Chat window. We are looking into that.

We want you to update to version 2616:
Software Download: Fast Update

Open the chat window again (File >> Open Chat Window). If it is not visible then use the command Window >> Reset Windows. You should then see the chat window.
