Problem with setting up the Telegram alert

Hi, i tried to set up the new alert om telegram but unfortunately i run into a software problem and i couldnt complete the process. More specifically, i got to the point where i could get notifications in the SC chatbox but no alerts where going to the Telegram even though i had complete all the steps. The reason is that the option in the SC chat group settings "Relay to Telegram" was keep switching to OFF no matter how many times i tried to reset it. It must be a bug or something.
