Hello, Sierra Chart sometimes freezes upon closing the program. I must force quit, which I absolutely hate. Is there a way to track the problem? Like a log to look at? This happens completely randomly, but at least several times per week. |

The first thing we would recommend doing is before closing Sierra Chart select File >> Close All Chartbooks to see if the problem is related to a chart or a study.
