SC freezing on closing the program

Hello,
Sierra Chart sometimes freezes upon closing the program.
I must force quit, which I absolutely hate.

Is there a way to track the problem? Like a log to look at?

This happens completely randomly, but at least several times per week.

The first thing we would recommend doing is before closing Sierra Chart select File >> Close All Chartbooks to see if the problem is related to a chart or a study.

And also refer to help topic 30 for different ideas what can cause the problem:

In general there is no log which will reveal the problem. There are complex troubleshooting methods that can be used, but they are quite involved.
