Hello, ever since I rolled over to the new contract for ES my volume profile charts are all messed up, I didn't mess with any of the settings. Is there any way I can call someone to help me out? Thank you very much. Or someone can call me **

We need an image of your chart with just bars, no other studies, and be sure to turn on the option for "Chart >> Show Rollover Dates". I have already done that. The historical TPO's from before yesterday are all apparently still on the last contract's values

If you have been through all of the instructions in the link we gave, including selecting the option for "Edit >> Download Data from End of Chart", then we would need to see a chart with just the bars on it (not the TPO study, or any other study) and we need to see where the transition occurs from the previous contract to the new contract and be sure to enable the option for "Chart >> Show Rollover Dates" so we can see that line in the chart. The particular chart image you posted, is not a continuous futures chart. To set it be continuous, follow the instructions here: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Step-By-Step Instructions And use one of the Volume Based Rollover options.
