Hello, Managed to set up my live account with Teton and everything seems to be working as per instructions in your documentation... still, one issue. How can I absolutely, positively and without a shadow of a doubt confirm that the data I'm seeing on my chart are in fact coming from a live and not delayed feed? Both, when I have the Simulated Trading ON or when I have the Live trading ON, I need to be able to glance at the screen and be certain the data is not delayed. I'm sure it's there I just don't know what/where to look at. I can see the clock matching my PC clock but that does not assure me the feed is live - only tells me the time is the same. Please help if you can. Thank you kindly greg |

In the Chart Header is an option for "Data Delay". In the actual header it is shown with a prefix of "DD:", with the information after it showing the amount of time your data is delayed in relation to your computer clock. Refer to the following for how to add this to the Chart Header if it is not there already: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu) Note that any difference in the time between your computer clock and the exchange clock will show in this field (ignoring time zone differences), so you need to take that into account. You can view the time difference at the top of your "Message Log" where it will state "Local computer UTC time and Server UTC time difference:".
